Every Thursday upon conclusion of the open water swim season we move into our strength & conditioning sessions. These are loosely based upon Oregon Circuits - 8 minute timed efforts consisting of two individual body weight exercises for core and limb strength interjected with short but quick runs - repeat until the time is up and then repeat again with a different set of exercises! We also run a beep test. The format is dependant on the coach leading the session. An excellent way to improve fitness and strength to assist in each of the disciplines - Swim, Cycle and Run.
